1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email).

Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.

In case of cancellation made less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit paid is non-refundable and will be retained as a cancellation fee.

In case of no-show, the deposit is fully retained.
Any applicable refund will be processed via PayPal or bank transfer.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date or within a specific period.
Any refund is governed exclusively by this Cancellation Policy.
3. Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for:

respecting the maximum occupancy of the accommodation

maintaining the property in good condition

covering the cost of any damage caused during their stay
The accommodation may only be used for residential purposes.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions, we reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations. Each case will be assessed individually and in good faith.
5. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Booking & Cancellation Policy at any time.
