Aeolus Apartments

To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules.

1. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the apartment.

    • Detailed arrival and departure information is provided on each apartment’s page.

    • Check-out time must be strictly respected, as we require sufficient time to prepare and thoroughly clean the apartment so it can be in excellent condition for the next guest.

    • Late check-out may be available only upon prior request and subject to availability.

2. Guests & Visitors

  • The maximum number of guests per apartment must be respected.

  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

  • Additional visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

3. Noise & Respect for Others

Please respect the neighborhood and other guests.

  • Loud noise, parties, or disruptive behavior are not allowed.

  • Quiet hours must be observed, especially during late evening and night hours.

4. Smoking

  • Smoking is not permitted indoors.

  • Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas, if available.

5. Pets

Pet policy may vary depending on the apartment.

  • Please refer to the individual apartment page for specific information regarding pets.

  • Pets are only allowed if explicitly stated and approved in advance.

6. Property Care & Damages

Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment in good condition.

  • Any damage caused to the property, furniture, equipment, or appliances during the stay — including damage caused by accompanying children or visitors — remains the responsibility of the guest.

  • In case of damage or loss, the guest may be charged for the cost of repair or replacement.

Please inform us promptly if something is damaged during your stay.

7. Safety & Use of the Property

  • The apartment must be used for accommodation purposes only.

  • Guests must use all facilities, appliances, and equipment responsibly and according to their intended use.

  • We are not responsible for accidents caused by improper use of the property.

8. Keys & Access

  • Guests are responsible for keeping keys or access devices safe during their stay.

  • Lost keys or access devices may result in additional charges.

9. Additional Rules

Further practical information and guidelines may be available inside the apartment or provided upon arrival.

10. Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with these house rules may result in:

  • immediate termination of the stay

  • additional charges

  • refusal of future reservations
