✈️ By Plane

Kavala International Airport “Alexander the Great” (KVA) is located just 10 km from Keramoti.
The airport is connected with Athens through regular scheduled flights operated by multiple airlines.
From the airport, Keramoti can be reached by taxi or rental car within 10–12 minutes.

🚗 By Car

Keramoti is easily accessible by road:
– Approximately 35 minutes (45 km) from Kavala
– Approximately 30 minutes from Xanthi
The route is straightforward, following the E90 / national road.

🚌 By Bus

Keramoti is connected with Kavala and Xanthi via scheduled bus routes departing from the Kavala central bus station.
Travel times may vary, so we recommend checking the latest timetable before your trip.

House Rules

What time is check-in and check-out?

Aeolus Apartment
Check-in: 15:00–22:00
Check-out: 07:00–10:30

Aqua Vista Apartment
Check-in: 14:00–22:00
Check-out: 07:00–11:00

We kindly ask you to respect the check-out times, as this allows our team to prepare the apartment properly and ensure everything is in excellent condition for the next guests. Thank you for your cooperation.

Can I request an early check-in?

Early check-in is possible upon request and depends on the availability of the apartment on the day of your arrival. Since check-out is at 10:30, we cannot always guarantee that the apartment will be ready earlier, as it needs to be properly cleaned and prepared for your stay.

If an early check-in cannot be accommodated, we will be happy to store your luggage until the apartment is ready.

What amenities will I find in the apartment?

Our apartments are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
You will find:

  • Fresh towels and bed linen

  • Shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap

  • Hairdryer

  • Air conditioning

  • Wi-Fi

  • Coffee and tea essentials

  • Refrigerator, stovetop, cookware, and tableware

  • Iron and ironing board (where applicable)

We make sure that each apartment is prepared with care so that you can settle in and enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive.

Who will give me the keys?

We personally welcome our guests upon arrival.
When you reach the property, we will meet you in person to hand you the keys, show you the apartment, and make sure everything is perfect for your stay.

If you arrive earlier or later than scheduled, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate accordingly.

Is parking available?

Aeolus Apartments offer private parking exclusively for our guests.
You can park your vehicle safely and conveniently at the property, at no extra cost.

At Aqua Vista, free street parking is currently available nearby.
Private parking is planned for the near future.

If you are arriving with more than two vehicles, please let us know in advance so we can confirm availability.

How can I make a reservation?

Choose how you’d like to book your stay:

Simply get in touch with us directly and we’ll take care of everything for you.
Once we receive your message, we’ll promptly confirm your reservation and provide all the necessary details.

2. Prefer to secure your stay instantly?
Choose your preferred apartment, select your dates, and complete your booking securely online in just a few simple steps.
You’ll receive an immediate confirmation email with all the details of your reservation.

Whichever option you choose, we remain at your disposal before, during, and after your stay — because true hospitality goes beyond the booking.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a 33% deposit of the total reservation amount is required to secure your booking.
Once you submit your request, you can pay the deposit easily via PayPal, either using your PayPal account or directly with your credit/debit card.
This ensures your dates are instantly confirmed. After this initial payment, your reservation is officially guaranteed.

How do I pay the remaining balance?

The remaining balance is settled according to the payment instructions provided after booking confirmation.
Detailed information will be shared with you by email.

When is my reservation confirmed?

A reservation is confirmed once the required deposit has been successfully completed and you receive a confirmation email
from us

I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder first.
If you still can’t find it, feel free to contact us directly and we’ll be happy to assist you.
